    Open Roster Spots

Why does Tannenbaum do this? Trufant was place on IR and that left open a spot. Now the Jets have cut Marcu Dotwin so we have 2 spots open. We have secondary shortages and WR weakness. Fill the spots Tannenbaum. I would even be happy with a kickoff specialist to limit Folk to just kickoffs because he can't seem to kick the ball out of the endzone.

I was hoping to see Dowtin used more defensively as a rotational guy who could come in on 3rd downs but that just wasn't the case

With the way we've been letting returners fly up (and down) the field - I think there is some serious merit to this thought.

I just read that the Steelers are bringing Plax back where he belongs. We need WR help and what has Tanny done the past couple weeks to make this team better offensively? Not a damn thing

we cant take back plax just for the fact he bad mouthed the whole organization along with sanchez. After plax what else is there... There is a pass rusher id love to get my hands on for cheap... Ray edwards from ATL, but i think he's going to be pricey.

If we were looking for a pass rusher i would jump on it but we dont have a need for that rite now. A good WR would really help out but im not sure about this late in the year they become available anyway.

We'd be better off drafting a WR

Didn't we just do that the last two years?

Sanchez needs all the weapons around him we can give him so why not take somebody like Kenny Stills or Cordarrelle Patterson. Then we could look at taking a RB like Joseph Randle

I agree that Sanchez needs weapons, but drafting a WR or RB usually means 1-3 years of development. This team still needs a veteran presence to go along with Holmes and Kerley. Then Hill and whomever we draft next year can be properly brought along.

Jets will probs pick up a FA WR in the offseason, I'm not sure who will be available but we need to be cheap for a bit.

Why? The Jets still have about $8MM free for next year, and Scott, Pace, and Thomas are likely coming off the books.
