Miller leads him in epa, wpa and success count. Which basically shows what you're asking.
I just go by what I got out of what was posted as flat stats. Miller's "percentages" appear alot higher than Smith's which makes little sense to me as their stats are very similar but Smith has played on less snaps. More impact (tackles, hits, hurries and sacks) on less snaps seems to me like it should be percentage favor to Smith IMO.
