What would texas really give up for JPA or buck

Well I seen tonight that Texas is coming after JPA and or john buck...

Who would be better to trade?

We want another pitcher... Holland? Ogando?

Also heard on ESPN radio tonight and a link on here about Napoli....and him possibly coming to Toronto (again!)...any word on this?

Not much imo, I mean JPA is a defensive liability with no patience who's only redeeming quality so far is power.

JPA must have some value if teams are going after him. I think our fan base undervalues the guy. I'd have no problem trading him but not unless we get a decent asset .

I definately do think JPA does have some value though ... He's a fairl young, controllable catcher, who has 30 HR power potential.

Not a lot of catchers out there like that.

I was thinking JPA+ Rajai for Ogando but they'd probably want Rasmus instead, depends how highly they value him I guess.

I'd trade JPA, Rajai, and a middling spec for Ogando in a heartbeat though.

I think Texas, more than most teams, can appreciate what a catcher with power can do for them. I really think that we match up well for a trade and hopefully we get something done.

I don't see why Texas would trade anything of value for JPA or Buck, when they could resign Napoli or use Soto.

I don't think the amount Texas would save by not signing Napoli is worth losing Holland or Ogando.

I could see Texas getting Buck for a mid level spec.
