I thought many ppl say JR is a cheap owner? Why would a cheap guy pay a guy to not work? It just doesn't happen often to pay 30m+ to a guy to not work anymore. I can see the last season of his contract being amnestied but not the last two seasons, it's just way too much money. If he does it I'll be surprised.

p.s. i really think i should be more direct in my statements cuz it seems no one is able to infer that i'm not being literal when i say things on here, so i'll rephrase my words from now on to make it more direct and thus understandable to most here, sorry for confusion.

i was just point out the your statement that no business man would do that was wrong, that in fact many have/do

as to jerry,he's seen as cheap because he has as of yet not gone into lux when we can more than afford it.jerry actually pays quite well to players(too good when it comes to non stars i think),jerry actually paid tim thomas and larry huges to not play and we were cutting checks to skiles while he was first coaching the bucks.as to not amnestying boozer with two years left? i agree with you that we probably wont, but a year left? sure

Tim Thomas made a fraction of what Boozer does and was bought out for even less (rumored $4,866,600), and had only 1 year left on his deal. Not really comparable to amnestying Boozer with 2 years remaining, imo.
