Which team of current injured players would win?

I've taken the injured players from the East and West and paired them up with the same players in their conference.

    East-

    PG-Derrick Rose/Kyle Lowry/John Wall
    SG-Iman Shumpert/Avery Bradley
    SF-Danny Granger/Hedo Turkoglu
    PF-A.Stoudemire/Al Harrington
    C-Andrew Bynum/Nene

    West-

    PG-Steve Nash/Ricky Rubio
    SG-Eric Gordon/Brandon Rush/Bradon Roy
    SF-Kawhi Leonard/Wilson Chandler/Chase Budinger
    PF-Dirk Nowitzki/Channing Frye
    C-Kevin Love/Andrew Bogut

Now some injuries are obviously more serious than others. So I want you to consider judging based off how you think they're going to play when they return, not necessarily how they played before the injury (ex. Rose, Bogut, etc.).

2nd team as they have the best player in the comparison.

The West are nothing to mess with offensively. Sadly now you can add Kyrie to the East (maybe play him at SG) its a tough one. Healthy Amar'e can still be a problem offensively on a team such as that. This is a tough one. First glance gotta go with the West but when you break it down a bit more the decision gets a bit tougher.

    PG: Derrick Rose
    SG: Kyrie Irving
    SF: Danny Granger
    PF: Amar'e Stoudemire
    C: Andrew Bynum

    PG: Steve Nash
    SG: Eric Gordon
    SF: Kawhi Leonard
    PF: Dirk Nowitzki
    C: Andrew Bogut

Love's back, Irving's injured. Definitely the east.

On the original post, it's easily the West. But with the teams updated right there, the East for sure.

Jason Collins claims he is the first openly gay NBA player despite the fact we witnessed the entire league bend the Lakers over all season.

    Team West got my vote.
    Favourite Teams:

    Boston Red Sox: 22-16
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide reciever though.
Detroit Pistons: Looking forward to the draft and whoever the new coach will be
Ottawa Senators: Onto Round 2 vs. Pittsburgh, Game 1 tomorrow night

    Beautiful:

Derrick Rose and a top tier C with a healthy Amare? I don't get why it's clear cut West at first glance.
