I agree with you somewhat... FT are consistent repetition & confidence. He shoots FT differently every 3rd shot. You can almost see him say "please go in" or "just don't airball" when he shoots.

    .590 to .490

Injury is a bad excuse. Didn't Kobe shoot free throws with a broken finger and still got over 82.

    good point....

But getting only a combined 14 shot attempts in the last two games is more concerning

Howard is getting his touches but once he does 3 defenders nag him, Dwight never experienced anything like this in Orlando because he always had consistent 3 point shooters. He also did look a bit slow and tired

Sorry...but Dwight needs to hit free throws if he wants to be considered an elite big man. It is a fundamental element of the game itself.

No excuses Dwight. He needs to drop the smiles and put in the work...because the team is not strong enough to overcome the holes in his game. It will cost the team loses.

He uses only his wrists, see what his form was back in early years. He raises his arms up, stops, then snaps his wrists to shoot.its not a fluid motion.

    What the hell happened here?
I think muscles happened. Same as with Shaq. The more time they spent in the weight room bulking up, the worse their free throws got.

if you watch him shoot free throws. he shoots with his arms strength only thats why its always too strong or the shot has no arc/ flat shot. your suppose to shoot from your feet for those who know what im talking about.

I always wanted Shaq to shoot them that way.
    You should leave.
