I'm pretty excited about the Gen 6 cars and since Dale Jr likes the Gen 6 car so far, this could be a very good thing for NASCAR since the fans and haters will be out in force. I also keep wondering which drivers could be the real losers of the switch from the COT to the Gen 6 car.

I think what he ment to say was if Dale Jr was to get more wins or win a championship NASCAR in return would benefit from his success by becoming more popular with the casual fan, bring in more $ for the sport which in return would bring more money to other driver/owners

The only good thing I can say about Dale Jr is he is my 2nd favorite driver at Hendrick...which still doesn't say a whole lot.

I mean really, I don't talk about how I don't like this driver or that driver and keep my opinions towards other drives to myself because there is no point getting into a argument/conversation about it with other posters here...

Everyone loves to knock Hendrick when they know good and well they would do backflips if their driver was in the stable

My driver Mark Martin was in it for 3 years, and I backflipped all 5 times he won in '09. Still didn't pull for the teammates.

I would love it if Kyle was back at Hendrick. If i hate on the Hendrick drivers it's mostly out of jealousy. I do however think that the Hendrick drivers get a little boring. I am not sure if its cause of their personality or if Hendrick kinda runs he team like how the Patriots run theirs. I just think that team needs a little character imo.

I see what you mean and agree when it comes to Dale on the track. Sometimes I wish he would just be the ahole for once and not try to be the nice guy on the track so he will be liked by all the drivers at the end of the day.

Outside of Rowdy, Hendrick drivers tend to be be the quite go about your business type. They typically won't "stir the pot" and for the most part keep a level head

Not pulling for and hating are two different things.
