JR starting and go to player ....he'll be fighting somebody everynight.

I am not even sure what this means?? JR is playing 33.2 minutes a game(second only to Melo).... absolutely Starter minutes...seems to be playing great to me

Well the thread said our bench can be a good starting 5 in the league. That means J. R starts with Sheed, Novak, Pablo and Camby.....JR will be a kid at a candy store with no conscience.

Yeah hes playing great but he has other leaders he can defer to and make him better. JR understand his role right now and is playing lights out right now.....but as a starter I think hes to out of control to be a good starter. He still have plenty of work to do.

..and i made the point earlier that when healthy(amare and shump) that since people want to leave our starters alone that our Second unit - Prigs,Shump,JR,AMARE, and camby/sheed could very well compete with our first unit and several other teams in this league.

therefore JR would still be second option on the team and could start and be very successful... he has proven this year so far he can play starter minutes and quite frankly I would take him as my starter at SG/SF over many in this league!

I'll just feel bad for some of these bench players once Amare and Shump come back. minutes are going to hard to come by.

lol come on now, Stat will surprise you just like Melo has being surprising everybody. If we have any shot at a chip Amare will have to be big for us....
