Individual stats are BS but team Super Bowl wins aren't?

Yet to see a ticker tape parade for a Pro-bowl player or a fantasy football champ. This generation of fickle roots often for and against players as opposed to teams while jumping on and off bandwagons at a comical rate.

I want to win. I want the winner. Stats are nice. I want championships.

Romo is good don't get me wrong. But on a cold January night I will take Eli.

    Eli is a winner.

That is the most important quality to me.

ok, well you just said in the post i quoted stats were unimportnat because of rings. guys like jim plunkett and trent dilfer are living proof that arguement does not fly. if the stats matter comparing eli and plunkett, they matter comparing eli and romo as well

Not that I agree with his criteria he could've meant stats matter when comparing players who have Superbowl Rings.

That being said, Even the most ardent Eli supporters have to admit that the 2nd half of this season he has been clearly outplayed by Romo.

So are Deion Branch and Troy Brown so I would take them over Randy Moss in his prime.

    Lazy analysis.

Is there even a question that Deion Branch > prime Randy Moss? One of them won a SB MVP trophy and the other blew a perfect season. I didn't think we even still had to have this debate.
