I can see you undrafted WR from Mass. and raise you an undrafted WR from Monmouth (Austin). Anyone know how Laurent Robinson is doing this year with Gabbert and Henne?

Eli and Romo have had pretty similar players in skill positions in their career. Both came in with aging WR's as their number 1's (Toomer and Owens), both now have first rounders as big go to guys (Nicks and Bryant), and both have made undrafted guys look like All Pro's at certain points. The only huge difference is that Romo has a star TE in Witten (who was a 3rd rounder and no slam dunk to be this productive), while Eli hasn't had a high profile TE since Shockey.
Here is the part I don't understand.

I thought ESPN was also the main catalyst pushing the false narrative that Romo is a big choke artist? See how this makes no sense? And why would ESPN want to tear down the QB from America's Team?

its a love hate relationship.

its not really that complicated. not all hate him, not all love him.
you got half the people who hype him up, and half the people who tear him down.

they like to talk alot about the cowboys, because it draws ratings. same with tebow.

build up, tear down, scrutinize, idolize, demonize, top qb, bottom qb, winner, loser, etc.

really they do the same thing with eli manning. you should know. eli is clutch, he wins, he brings them down. his demeanor is what makes him great, his demeanor is discouraging to the rest of the team. eli is throwing great, eli arm is dead, they will suck. eli is good because of his supporting cast, eli makes his supporting cast better. etc. etc. etc.

romo is no "choke artist" that really doesnt even make sense, if you really think about it.

romo is a great qb. does that make eli worse, or better? no. has nothing to do with eli.

thank you.

And I'd take Eli's one wife over Romo's playboy life. I like the QB of my team watching film and practicing during the playoff bye week you spent all year earning instead of taking Jessica Simpson to Mexico.

But, as always, I'll defer to Jerry Jones in this debate.

"What's the difference between us and them? Eli Manning."
-Jerry Jones.
What year are you stuck in? Romo is married with a baby.

Eli without question.

And yes, it comes down to the intangibles.

without question? you mean, with question? i question it. so it must be with question. i mean, theres a poll and everything.. and there seems to be people voting for romo..

so, at the very least, there is a question....

so, truthfully you cant say without question, cause, there is an obvious question.

Romo without question. Eli doesn't have any intangibles over Romo.

Better question. Eli's wife or Tony's wife? Both are babes.

You can give the statistics BS argument BUT:

One of these guys has two Super Bowl rings and two super bowl MVP trophies.

The other has one 1 playoff game.

I will take Eli every single day of the year over Romo.
