It's a good thing we passed on Blackmon in the draft, it's not like we need more offensive weapons or anything..

So I see what happens when I'm not around to help spam up this thread.

But yeah, that game was awful. This team's a ****ing joke. On both sides of the ball. Defense hasn't done **** since the Arizona (or MAYBE Miami) game...I really do wish our coaching staff would finally learn that "bend, don't break" defenses don't work and actually play some press coverage instead of playing the corners 10 yards off the receivers every goddamn play. Bradford didn't do great, but in his defense, I don't think a single receiver got open once all day. Nor did the offensive line block a guy all day.

Jackson did pretty well, though. Schotty just refuses to run the ****ing ball. Remember when we thought the Fisher hiring was going to mean we were going to lean on the running game on offense? Me neither...


Oh, and we're now 2-1 in games I've been to this year.

Also, I blame brent. Not getting the gamethread up till Sunday...

First of all we didn't exactly pass on Blackmon, we traded out of the #2 spot for a king rasom. Anyone who doesn't agree with that deal needs their head examined. Secondly, if we had taken Blackmon with the #2 pick and gotten his output I would be really disappointed. He's had one good game...
