Dwight Howard said the Lakers' season starts now. Didn't it just restart last week? "It's a little bit different now."
"I can't wait until the little homie comes back. Because we know we have another level when that boy comes back," Noah said. "We're a hungry group. We're going for one thing and that's a championship. One day, I want to party in Chicago and I want to see what that feels like."
I think they'll restart it again when they lose to Memphis.
Assuming Rose comes back half the player he was (or better) and our team is fully healthy for the playoffs... Finals here we come... (ooh and no choking)
Spurs! (my preferred team for an awesome series)
Clippers! (they should be able to keep this up)
Lakers! (they will be a threat)
Thunder! (i doubt it though)
Memphis! (wouldn't surprise me)
in that order
Pop vs Thibs would be a chess match for sure.
Pacers commentary are idiots... Portland player took a charge and they went into cry mode "it can't be, he moved, why? what?" the replay shows and it was the clearest charge any player ever took, they were speechless
Howard injured again.
I see no way the Lakers ending up being a contender this year. Could they still make the playoffs? Sure, but I doubt that will happen as well. They're simply awful and poorly coached.
What's injured more, Howard's shoulder or his ego after Mamba ripped him yesterday?
I think it's hilarious how this has all blown up in the Lakers faces...and while Dwight may still be the best C in the league, he's a childish loser that cannot accept playing 2nd fiddle to someone like Kobe.
