When you're starting backcourt is each making $20 million per year, and in a big market, you'd better be doing better than 14-14. Granted it isn't Avery's fault D-Will is bricking left and right, Joe Johnson checks in and out of games, and the team as a whole refuses to play defense, but the coach is the easiest piece of your team to let go when things go wrong. It's no different here.
Sadly, there's no question D-Will was in on this because I quite frankly have no reason to believe he wasn't a part of it given end of his time in Utah.
