Each team can use the amnesty once but there is a deadline each year that you have to use it by. We could still use it next year on him if we wanted to.

I think if you look at all the assets we have coming and just how little we need you get the sense Presti will be able to package something to get pretty much any big in this draft he'd want or make a trade for one.

I think for now Perk is ok for 20 mins a game, probably less against teams without a true back to the basket threat but i want to see Ibaka get Center mins as well as Thabeet get steady mins(10 to 15 a game). What i dont care for is the times where Perk is just flat out not playing well and Scotty rides him anyway, in those cases put Thabeet out there, at the very least he's gonna block and change shots, probably rebound at a higher rate, and offensive rebound. Im anxious to see Thabeet in post defense against the better centers to have more of a gauge of where he is and what he can handle.

Ahhhh, that's right... That's how the amnesty works. I don't know why I was letting myself get confused. Well, hopefully we use it on him next season then (if we haven't already traded him). ray:

Hey I actually thought about it, but what if they keep our team as it is and when the draft comes along we would get the 4-7 pick. Then we could package our pick(Toronto) with Perkins, And Lamb or Jones and move up to select Shabazz Mohammed or Nerlens Noel??
