Your nephew may be better than all of us.

Buehrle is 6'2" 245. Is, in fact, burly.

I wouldn't really oppose trading Buehrle to be honest, but I prefer him here. He is an interesting pitcher, because he isn't flashy with all these hard and insane pitches, but he really gets the job done. He has never had less than 10 wins, or 200 innings since his rookie season, which I assume he is the only pitcher who has played more than a decade who can say that (too lazy to look up if I am right or not). But he also gives up a **** ton of hits, and makes me fairly nervous, so in some ways I don't trust him, even though he finds ways to get guys out. I think he is a #3 pitcher at best, and overpaid for what he is, but he is still a durable innings eater guy you want out there to keep your bullpen off the field.

Exactly. An innings eater who can achieve a league average ERA is the perfect #3 starter on a good team or #4 starter on a great team.

I hope that's just a rumour because Tracy is an awful manager.

you usually only pitch 4 pitchers in the playoffs so i wouldnt be opposed to trading burly with others for a really good pitcher.i would trade the entire farm for king felix at this point.burly tda gose and sanchez would get er done im sure.

if seattle made that trade they would have the potential to be sick in 2014.

Why are we looking at two managers with losing records? If thats all you can get maybe experience isnt what its gunna take this year.

I realize there may be more canditates but wouldnt it be nice if outta nowhere Joe Torre agrees to coach the blue jays. Would be sweet

I really don't understand why Tracy and Riggleman of all people are the two finalists if that is indeed true.

I mean... if I had to choose it would be Tracy but even so I would rather someone else.
