Yes. By early to mid May it was clear he had fully recovered.

His voice lacks the range of tonal color necessary to make it consistently interesting. Full time consideration of another endeavor might be in order."

That doesn't seem like someone who really wants to sign someone does it? They are not going to publicly make it look like there is an ultimatum of sign the extension or you are traded.
    This...

Honestly we don't know what the Mets are going to do with Wright and Dickey till its done.

I am sure if there is a great deal out there during the season and the Mets haven't made headway with Wright and Dickey contractually they will entertain those offers.

Who doesn't want a 7 WAR 3rd baseman and a Cy Young award winner?

Can we really expect a major decline next year from either barring injury?

There will be trade partners out there and even if they make the unpopular decision in moving both at least it's not letting them walk for compensation picks.

You want major league ready impact prospects for players of the likes of Wright and Dickey and there is no reason why the Mets shouldn't be able to get that if they go the trade route.

I think DW understands how baseball works. Do people really buy all that leverage hooey any more?

    Really?

Are you telling me that if we can spot all the angles from here that pro baseball people cannot?

    Really?
