Grizzlies basically have 3 all stars in their front court and conley/allen backcourt which is the best defensive backcourt in the league. Grizzlies by a mile. Nets lineup is good too, just not in the same tier as the Grizz.

    Al Horford> Brook Lopez
    Josh Smith > Kris Humphries
Joe Johnson never carried the hawks. Hawks never made it to the ECF. Even when they had Jamal Crawford, he was a better option than anyone on the nets bench. Besides for Deron Williams the Nets have no advantages over the Hawks roster. And let's face it if Rondo plays against them the other night that game is not even close. These Nets fans need a serious reality check. New city same franchise.

The Grizzlies have the best front court in the NBA. Their starting five is one of the most balanced in the league, with Gay averaging 20 points per game and Randolph, Gasol and Conley all averaging about 15. Shooting guard is their only big weak spot, although Allen is great defensively.
It's close, but the Grizzlies' starting five are more talented overall.

Deron Williams vs. Mike Conley Jr.: Williams
Joe Johnson vs. Tony Allen: Johnson
Gerald Wallace vs. Rudy Gay: Gay
Kris Humphries vs. Zach Randolph: Randolph
Brook Lopez vs. Marc Gasol: Draw

Yes, in fact; they do. Memphis is the best team in the entire NBA right now; they just beat the second-best team last night. Name a front court that's playing better right now, and that includes small forward, power forward and center.

Gasol and Randolph are not the best frontcourt and they won't ever be.
