    Rambis blows it...

    Ric Bucher‏@RicBucher
Source: D'Antoni considered adding Kurt Rambis to his staff as an olive branch to LAL fans salty about Phil

That was before Rambis torched D'Antoni in his role as an ESPN analyst for not developing bigs or essentially being the right guy to bolster LAL's defense. D'Antoni is a nice guy, but I don't know if he's nice enough to ignore all that

I don't even know what Clifford can do, I can only base off of what he did in Orlando w/ D12. But tbh, I haven't heard one interview from the guy to know what exactly his defensive principles are.

    You are EXACTLY right!

Kurt has a good job as an analyst, and if Phil goes someplace else, Kurt probably would not be far behind. Win-Win for K.R.

Kurt did not blow anything; quite the contrary!

Title of thread should be renamed "Rambis blows Phil", because that's what he's been doing for most of his career.

I highly doubt that Dantoni would hire Rambis ever

This isn't and shouldn't be an indictment on Rambis as he was speaking the truth.. So now folks are ridiculing Rambis for being honest and speaking his mind about D'Antoni...?? Rambis is paid to be an analyst and as such it's his job to call things as he see's them, I don't feel he should lie or glaze over facts simply as a tool to find favor with D'Antoni.. Screw up one gig to get another doesn't make a lot of sense..
