Boxcores tell me he is playing more time lately and shooting better?
May there still be a future as a back up for him in the nba?

[SUMMER IS COMING
One thing I like about Claver is that he doesn't force it and does move the ball well in our offense. Has decent ball-handling skills and can pass, so I think he can develop into a solid rotational player. I may have been too hard on him earlier in the season.

i'd rather see barton in there (just got sent to the D league showcase). Claver has defensive length, can move with guards and understands the game more than babbit. but rabbit can hit his shot. claver cannot.

I really want him to be brought in to work with Lillard and Mathews, only Lillard and Mathews. Work with them on the court, in film room, hell be there psychologist. Hell have the 3 of them move in together.
Pretty amazing company, especially given he has clutch gene unlike James and is better team player then Iverson.Trail Blazers PR @TrailBlazersPR
Damian Lillard has joined LeBron James and Allen Iverson as only players since 1985 with 600 points and 200 assists in their first 33 games.
idk if many people realize, if he was on a team like washington or charlotte, he could easily be putting up 25 pts IMO. ROY candidates are usually on awful teams where their stats are inflated. to be on a team with an established all star, players like Batum and Mathews who are scoring guards/forwards, its pretty amazing he is dropping 18+ a game.
Of course his assists would dip.
