Nugs Showing Interest In Tyreke Evans

"Tyreke Evans counts the number of guards on the Kings roster. He hears the persistent trade rumors. He remembers that his bosses refused to extend his contract last fall.

He also is miffed that the organization failed to arrange for a second opinion on his sore left knee, leaving his brothers and his agent to schedule a visit with Lakers orthopedist Dr. Steve Lombardo."

"The Memphis Grizzlies, who are aggressively attempting to shed payroll and are shopping small forward Rudy Gay, have made inquiries. The Lakers and Denver Nuggets have long been intrigued. So have the Boston Celtics."

Another athletic, young, and poor perimeter shooting combo guard. This is becoming a pattern here.

Well it depends on who are other players involved.
Maybe we would get DMC with him?
But would we send Ty or Iggy to get him??(i bet Iggy because he can play 2-3)
    http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=awllznm something like this maybe.

If Nuggets don't make a trade before the deadline (good or bad) I'd be shocked. They're name has come up in every rumour so far.

I would have to say no to Evans. He's one dimensional, can score pretty well but isn't that great of a defender.

    Reke > Brewer.

    I'd take him as a 6th man.

i would not want another player who next year will continue to be a 6th man and get paid like a starter

We got to see how Ill Will comes in and settles first. Somebody is probably getting traded...but Ill Will will decide who it is...I'm guessing.

reke has potential but we have enough of that, we need veterans who can shoot. lets just hope we can depend on chandler for that.
"There are only two or three superstars in the league anyways," Karl said early in the season.

    Agreed

I'd only want him playing the point. That's his natural position and where he played his rookie year. I think it's fair to say we've all been disappointed with Ty this season, but I still don't think we'd trade him after a breakout performance last year and a big extension. But with Masaii you never know, though. Change of scenery would do Evans good.
