Eli, Big Ben, etc will never be elite, just really good QB's playing for a really good team especially defensively

Ummmm...... No. He played with some great offensive lines actually. In 2004 (the year of his first MVP) he had Tarik Glenn, Rick DeMulling, Jeff Saturday, Tupe Peko, and Ryan Diem who only allowed 13 sacks all year. He also played with Marshall Faulk, and Edgerrin James, two elite backs. James lead the league in rushing in 2 seasons with Peyton, and rushed for over 1,500 yards 4 times with him.

To me right now the elite QBs right now are Rodgers, and Brady, with Peyton as borderline.

Well I did say that he played with 2 great backs but I also said " Team Rushing". Yeah Edge had over 1500 yards but in a 16 game season thats not even 100 yards rushing as a team. Peyton's teams have never finished higher than 15th in the league in rushing. So at best hes had an average running game behind him.. Also on the sacks, I think thats more Peyton than the guys you named. In 2009, Peyton was only sacked 10 times. Outside of Saturday, none of those lineman would prolly rank in the top ten at their positions in the NFL
