Thats proably why there is some rumor/report that we are interested in Marcin Gortat.

Gortat is an above-average starting center. I've never seen those rumors, but I don't believe them. That doesn't make sense for either team.
Bulls will probably sign Fesenko and roll with that.

Lol by any means am i saying nazr is on the same level as gortat, im not saying that at all. Im just saying with no production from nazr and boozer struggling thats proably why that rumor surfaced.. But its on hoopshype.com i tried to click the link but the website is like in spanish or something.
http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm MAGIC , BOSTON , DALLAS AND CHICAGO INTERESTED IN GORTAT
Maybe this trade and moving Noah to the PF spot ? http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=bt4wwgh
Naw scratch that Suns prob say no , i forgot they had Scola who i would trade straight up for maybe a 3 way deal with Boston
Bulls get Scola
Suns get Boozer , Bradley and Sully
Boston gets Gortat and Marshall
I don't see how the Bulls would have any interest in Gortat as something other than a replacement for Noah. If they wanted a backup type of player, minus the offense, they should have kept Asik - it likely could be cheaper.

Gortat/Noah could play together. Or maybe they'd go Taj/Noah and bring Gortat off the bench.

I agree Gortat and Noah could play together, but that is once again accepting that Boozer would be gone somehow and the other half of his money was spent on some sort of back court scoring.
I don't think Gortat is a realistic option at all unless the stars align for the Bulls in the 2013/2014 off season.
As interesting as it would be to see a lineup of Rose, xxx, Deng, Gortat, and Noah in terms of defensive dominance; the Bulls need a big offensive threat at the two guard spot (either starting or off the bench) for the lineup function completely.
