I can't vote just yet. Alan Faneca and an RG. The best one I saw was Simmons, which isn't a joke he was pretty good before injuries cut his career short. Chuck Norris was talking up Van ****, was he definitely above Simmons?

Last year followed Ike Taylor's amazing season (Believe it or not, there were more games than the playoffs in Denver) This year, it's two at once with the...

    Heath Miller Watch
    68 receptions, 771 yards, 8 TDs

    Ben Roethlisberger Watch
    63.3%, 7.3 ypa, 261.2 ypg, 26 TDs, 8 INTs, 97 rating

I was torn between Van **** and Mullins. Van **** was one of the best of his entire generation and Mullins was a pretty dominating player on the 70's Steelers. I nearly went with Mullins because he was with the team longer, but generally speaking Bruce Van **** was considered to be one of the better offensive linemen in the league during his playing career.

Kendall Simmons was a very good player, but Van **** and Mullins were boarderline great players.

FWIW I personally don't think that any offensive lineman other than Gene Upshaw was ever in Fanaca's league. We got so used to seeing him dominate that I'm not really sure people appriciate the fact that Alan Fanaca may be the best offensive lineman to ever play the game.

    Faneca got my first vote.
For my second vote, I'm writing in Dawson. The guy's too good not to be on an all-Steelers team.

I voted Faneca and Stai. I really loved Stai, and Faneca is just a given.

This poll isn't getting much action. I might try to knock out the offensive tackle thread this week too so that we can get to the defensive polls. Those are probably going to be the fun ones.

    Linebacker will be so difficult.

Can we just pick like 20 LBs?
