****. I merged the double Royce thread with the wrong thread. My b, can't do anything about it now.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Might as well just delete the thread.

"There's no way, with hindsight, I would've ever called up Larry [Bird], called up Magic [Johnson] and said, 'Hey, look, let's get together and play on one team.'" "In all honesty, I was trying to beat those guys." -- Michael Jordan

Right now

At the current point in the season:
1. LeBron James (7-3)
2. Carmelo Anthony (6-0)
3. Chris Paul (6-2)
4. Kevin Durant (6-3)
5. Tim Duncan (7-2)
6. Deron Williams (5-2)
7. Brandon Jennings (5-2)
8. Tony Parker (7-2)
9. Rudy Gay (6-1)
10. Kemba Walker (4-3)
I feel bad about not putting someone from Memphis or San Antonio higher, but their teams' success is more based on balance rather than stars. Even if his team has lost three games, I don't think you can top LeBron James at this point. Meanwhile Kemba Walker (19 points, 5.1 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game) is having an awesome season, and the most mediocre team last season is currently sniffing the playoffs. I think they'll fall off a bit eventually, but Walker is definitely on the list right now.
