Way too much. 1 first, not 2, we probably won't give up Sully and they wouldn't want Melo.

It would start with AB, Bass and a 1st rounder. Maybe throw in Barbosa/Green in exchange for Mo Williams/Marin Williams.

If this scenario is mid-season, Green has to be included because Al's contract is ****ing huge.

If it's off-season, we could just trade Bass or someone to a team with cap room and sign him in free agency. That's a best case, but who says we have to deal with Utah at all?

I dont either...but if it meant getting us Al this year without giving up Pierce, KG or Rondo then I'd do it.

Guess this depends on your definition of superstar...but Ainge would trade him for "the right player"

How about this. Ainge declines the option on Pierce, and pays him the guarateed $5M. There's $10M towards signing Jefferson

Then we sign and trade Green/Bass/picks/whatever else for Josh Smith. Might even clear more cap space with this move. If we don't have enough for Jefferson at this point, trade Lee for a 2nd or something. Who cares

    Rondo/Terry/Smith/Jefferson/KG

Icing on the fantasy cake, Pierce resigns for vet min and comes off the bench as 6th man
