Bucks potential is already showing with early wins this year. Bucks have a ton of young players as in Jennings, Harris, Lamb, Sanders, Udoh, Henson.

If they get a good, young PG: The Jazz. Kanter, GH, Favors...they have some exciting pieces and Milsap/Jefferson have trade value.

The only team who have four great player under 22 years is Cleveland Cavs. On the one hand, Kyrie Irving is the best young SG in the league and Waiters will probably fight for rookie award together with Anthony Davis and Millard. The other players maybe aren't so good as they but also can have a good career in the league: Tristan Thompson and Tyler Zeller.

However, there are a team which nowadays have 3 (under 22 years old) better players than Cavs. They are the NO Hornets. Although Austin Rivers still hasn't shown the good player who is, Davis and Aminu are taking good performance. We must also remember that Eric Gordon, who is a top 15-20 NBA player, is only 23.

Both Houston and Minnesota have a young roster too, but have good players in 22-25 years old rank and not under 22 so I haven't contemplate them in this list. The same applies to others teams like Thunders.

For this reason, taking into account only players under 22 my third favorite team are the Utah Jazz as they have Favors and Gordon Hayward, who have already performed very well, and other two players like Burks and Kanter, who will probably have a good career.

    Grades (based on current performance):

    1st: cavs = Irving (10), Waiters (8), Tristan Thompson (7)
    2nd: hornets = Davis (10), Aminu (8), Austin Rivers (6)
    3th: utah = Favors (8), Gordon Hayward (8), Kanter (6)

The Cavs: Kyrie is going to be an elite pg in this league and as they continue to get pieces I think he will make them better. They could eventually be a scary team.

The Pistons: Monroe got his first triple double in his career already this season, he was almost 20 and 20 last night. Drummond is young and still raw but he could end up being amazing. Knight is still working out his game... They have made good picks with their second rounders: Jerebko, Singler and English have all played/showed the potential of players that could have easily went in the 1st round.

New Orleans: Davis and Eric Gordon... those two alone can get the team decent and hopefully help bring more players to the team

    The Rockets:
They got all of those draft picks to try and make a big move and now they have Harden too. They made trade those young guys away for solid players or those guys may develop... I like how the Rockets front office is aggressive and really fights to get better at whatever cost
I can't think of any classy or interesting signature at this time, but I've finally posted enough to be allowed to have one so I am exercising that right anyhow.

Wtf.. HOW IS THIS EVEN A LEGIT QUESTION?

Obviously the answer is the Houston Rockets, who are also the youngest team in the NBA lol..
