No Arguments...the reason being is that Price beat JV head to head and I think the voters swayed that way a little. Would I have like JV to win the award, HELL YEAH.

Price deserved it this year, but the reason JV lost was because some idiot writers (probably from LA) put him 3rd on their ballots
    Hey Jack

It's not an egregious mistake, but Verlander was more deserving. I have a bigger issue with the dude that voted Rodney first and the two LA homers that voted Weaver ahead of Verlander. JV pitched 50 more innings than Weaver with better traditional and advanced metrics across the board. Not close between those two.

    Wrong.

The correct answer is Fernando Rodney cost JV the Cy this year. Or, the idiot from Texas cost JV back to back CY's.

JV still would have lost by one point if that dumbass from Texas had voted him first and Rodney second. It was a combination of idiot Texas voter and the two LA homers.

Both Price and JV deserved the award so I am not complaining.

I think Price was deserving, although if you ask anyone who they wouldn't want bat against it would still be JV, he is no doubt the best pitcher in baseball. The vote was close tho.
