Then they would exploit us. Just like how Beasly had to go in while scola fouled out.

With Deng, Noah and Boozer out there that line would get killed and Scola had fouled out anyway.

Tucker @ pf and Brown @ sf. Boozer ain't that much bigger than tucker and would be bothered by his hustle. Deng could post Brown but you can quickly bring the double to force a turnover. There is other options even with the limited amount of big men.

Those are 2 serious mismatches. Especially Deng on Brown, Deng is a good enough ball handler that a double does not automatically force a turnover, it would more than likely just lead to finding the open man, especially since that lineup does not have the length to trap on doubles.

And really, all this debate is proving is how utterly awful Beasley is and that Gentry has to do some really creative lineup structuring to deal with the deficiencies of this roster.

Also I don't blame Gentry, he went with the guys that got him the lead back. I know it's better to have your starters out there, but when you come back from 18 down, he didn't have to change anything. If he would've but Dragic in sooner, and they lost. Would you be saying the same thing, that gentry should've stayed with the Same lineup. Like I mentioned before, if he wins there isn't anything to talk about but since the suns lost, he is always going to get that gesture would've,couldve, should've.

^^^Yes because Dragic is supposed to be the Nash replacement. If anything you're giving him confidence and showing that you trust him. It's not like that hasn't worked before.

Nothing to do with the conversation but thanks for telling us, again, that you think Beasley is awful. And it's not the first time we have mismatches on the floor but its not all about size anyways. Plus I would rather have a lineup that will give it their all and hustle every play.

You can't mess up what the bench was doing, just for someone could grow confidence. He already trust him enough to make him his starter. Bench brought them back, they should be able to finish the game.

This conversation has everything to do with how awful Beasley is. You're stating the Gentry should have played a group of 4 guards and Gortat during the overtime. A rotation that has never played together at the same time and would be facing some severe mismatches, but even you think that was a more appealing option than reinserting Beasley!

Again... that is a severe condemnation of Beasley. Whether you want to admit it or not. Even your own words; "Plus I would rather have a lineup that will give it their all and hustle every play."... rather than what? Rather than see Beasley go out there and throw the ball to the wrong team with the same disinterested lazy expression he has worn throughout his awful career?

Simple yes or no question. No buts, no ifs, no comparisons, no nothing. If it was Nash would you sit him down the entire 4th quarter?
