It's sad, man. So, so sad.

Reyes wins the batting title - he's a goner.
Dickey wins the CY Young - goodbye RA.

We're probably going to have the first NL MVP for a 4th/5th place team next year.

We will then promptly trade them away.

That's true. In fact, I can totally see him not being traded just for extra revenue...

I know I'm right lol. His value is through the roof right now and we have so many offensive needs.

Great for Dickey. Really a fantastic and inspiring story.

I'm sure his value went up even more after this. I would assume somehting gets done soon now, either an extension or trade.

I am so happy for R.A. It couldn't have happened to a better individual. For all that he's gone through in his playing career with the ups and downs in the minors this is truly a great story and a major accomplishment especially playing on this team. And that GM who we had, I think his name was Omar was the one who saved his playing career after that disaster season in Seattle by giving him a legitimate chance at being a starter again. This was Dickey's year and the stars were aligned perfectly for him to put together a season of this magnitude. It gave us Mets fans who have nothing to cheer for in the second half of seasons a real reason to be excited about this team playing. I will be honest I only tuned into Dickey's starts when the Mets collapsed after the ASB. Congrats R.A., we all wish you the best with your new team whoever that may be.

Pleaseeeeeee Mets, make a move with Dickey. Extend/trade him, if they do nothing I will go bananas.

Big Time Timmy Jim didn't vote Dickey? I guess he was lacking in his opero-heimertioglyphic stats.

Only adds to Dickey's leverage in an extension.

Do the writers have a clue? They kept saying it was too close to call. Heck he won by a landslide. Congrats RA you made your congregation proud of you. We bow down and claim we're not worthy!

I whose who on who we can't stand or picked they're home team player to win. It should have been 32 for 32, but a landslide we'll take everytime.
