    I think the fact that the dude is an incredible nice guy and that it would be historic event got him that much votes. Kershaw will win a few more before his career is over.

    2 years ago if you would have told me Dickey would win the Cy Young I would have laughed in your face.

    Very happy for him and the Mets organization. He's been the biggest, most consistent bright spot for the Mets these last 3 year and took it to another level last year. Watching him pitch and his story and personality has been my favorite thing about the Mets these last 3 years.

    It's too bad it's in the organizations best interests to trade RA this offseason for young bats. :sad:
