Brother I hear ya I'd advise anyone with a smartphone to always connect it to your PC or laptop and sync it and back it up there because you never know. Originally Posted by BIGBREED
Connecting the smartphones and syncing them to a PC or Laptop is something I think goes overlooked by many.
Not just for backup and restore purposes but it allows for ease of file sharing music video pictures etc, charging, and some of the sync software allow for firmware updates.
