Police took all three children in to protective custody. Their mother was at work while all of this was going on and came home to quite a scene. She was just pulling in to her driveway when police were finishing up.
"The defendant was unaware that a naked child had been locked out of his house and was outside in the 40 degree weather for over 20 minutes.
