Bart Scott calls for total media blackout as he storms through the locker room. Sounds like a good idea to me, just keep your friggin' mouth shut. Things would've been OK if they just went with the rule. Should've all learned as kids. If you don't have anything good to say, keep your mouth shut. Pretty close to that.
GO JETS!!!
Actually, he told the defense not to talk to the press. Then he told the ones who did talk that they had betrayed the team. This is the same guy who gave the finger as he walked out of the clubhouse at the end of last year.
Then he gave an interview to Jeannae Cokely on SNY, and was acting like he was doing her a favor. He's a ****ing headcase, and I can't wait to see him gone.

Gronkowski out 4-6 weeks with broken forearm. Got injured being in on an extra point with the Patriots up 58-24.

anyone got a replay?
The Gronk injury is actually pretty huge for us. If we can pull out a victory at home on a short week, being 5-6 with our remaining schedule isn't so awful. Jax, tenn, buff, sd....all very winnable games down the stretch. Make or break time for Rex and Sanchez.
The thing I liked about yesterday's game was how involved everyone was:
Look at the rushing attack-- Greene: 18 carries, 64 yards; Powell: 11 carries 42 yards, 2 TD's; McKnight: 4 carries, 14 yards; Gates: 1 carry, 12 yards
Look at our WR's-- Schilens, 4 catches 48 yards; Kerley 3/43; Reuland 1/18; Powell 2/18; McKnight 1/18; Keller 2/16; Gates 1/10; Cumberland 1/7
Nice to see everyone involved. We don't have an Adrian Peterson at RB or a Calvin Johnson at WR. This is the type of gameplan we need to employ from now on-- Try and get all involved and "ride the hot hands" when things are happening. McKnight needs to be more involved; Give Powell more carries, and stuff like that.
