    Comeback player of the year?

Peyton Manning and Adrian Peterson are pretty much the only two guys in consideration for it this year. Who do you think gets it?

lol I was just about to make this thread after watching Stephen A and Hugh emphatically agree AP is the comeback player of the year but Peyton is really a no-brainer.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

No one ever questioned if Peterson would return to the game but many had doubts Peyton would ever buckle up his chin strap again. Peyton is the clear choice.

Peyton has 1 leg up on Peterson in the comeback player of the year award and MVP!

That's what made me make this thread too haha Stephen A. Smith is a lunatic. What AP is doing is amazing, but he missed ONE game because of his injury. Manning missed a whole season

AP is having his best year ever against some of the stoutest run defenses in the NFL. Oh and he said he's not even 100%, and he's playing on an injury that takes ususally 2 years to come back into full form. But Peyton will win because he's the media's love child.

I think it would be cool if Manning and Peterson shared it.

Carson Palmer. He's on pace for 5,000 yards this season

Hopefully this happens, as they are both deserving; I just think AP is moreso.

AP he is carrying that team, Denver was a playoff team last year. Albeit Peyton is playing phenomenal and can easily get it as well. I just think AP is worth more to his team.

I don't think you can go wrong with either player, but I guess I'd say Peyton because he didn't play a single game last year. AP played most of the season didn't he?
