Appeal was denied. As much as I love basketball and my Kings, I really hate the ****ing NBA!

I just hate Stern. He's judge and jury. If he wanted to lift the suspension, he could have. He's just a 2-faced, money hungry, ***** though.

Appealing it....? Don't you think its a little too late now that he has served the suspension? I know that if its overturned, its like it never happened... but they should have let him play until the appeal was complete!

Maybe he can get a get out of suspension free card for the next time the league suspends him.

Yes, because he's the commissioner. And he didn't lift the suspension because he didn't like what Cousins did. He doesn't have to have any motives other than that.

    Stern blows
Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government, owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to dissolve the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.-Theodore Roosevelt
