Trading Gordon instead of Stuckey: Bad Move?

Should we have gave Gordon a chance at starting? He only started 65 games out of the 196 games he played for us(most in one season being 27)...a number of people here has stated we desperately need a shooter opposite of Knight....& with Stuckey bad play, its making me think we traded the wrong guy(again!)

I know it sounds crazy but look at it now, we're the same freaking team minus a 1st rounder down the road....the way things are going we're going to need it. Did Dumars jump the gun? And did we jump it by getting all happy for a relatively small move

Yeah he jumped the gun. I'm still mad about giving away a 1st to anyone who'll take Gordon. But with Stuckey, Joe probly would've had to give away two 1sts

Stuckey hasn't been scoring efficiently, but his overall game is better than Gordons and Knight as well.

Normally this is where someone would say get rid of Suckey and problem solved. Problem is he isn't worth squat right now. That Boston trade offer passed up continues to look like a bigger, and bigger mess up.

Gordon is having a better season so far this season than Stuckey...plus, we most likely wouldn't have to surrender a 1st rounder in a Stuckey trade.

IDK, if Gordon is better than Stuckey or vice-versa but IMO it's not like one is far superior than the other....

Stuckey was a free agent so it would have been harder to move him unless we wanted to do a sign and trade, but if the Bobcats wanted him that bad couldnt they just make him a contract offer?

Then they (Bobcats) could have traded Magette to another team that was looking to give away a decent player for an expiring contract after they signed Stuckey. Or they could have still traded with us and took Stuckey, BG AND our pick and still only have to give up Magette.
