Congratulations guys, we did it! But as we all know many questions linger. Ray is gone and we will most likely lose Matt Birk also due to retirement. We have big issues with impending free agents. What will Flacco's new contract look like and how will we shed enough money to resign Paul Kruger, Ed Reed, Cary Williams, Danell Ellerbe, Dennis Pitta, a new LT to replace McKinnie, we also may need to find a WR if Boldin is one of the cap casualties. What in house guys could step up to help fill some of these shoes, maybe Tandon Doss, Jimmy Smith to replace Cary?

Congrats on the big win guys. I was happy to see Ed Reed get a ring. But I have a question as a Packer fan who preferred Courtney Upshaw to Nick Perry in the draft. What kind of player are you guys expecting Upshaw to be and what did you see out of him this year? Does he look like a guy who's going to struggle in coverage? Was he good against the run or in pass rush situations? I guess I didn't watch much for Ravens games except in the playoffs and I was curious to see what you guys have to say about him.
