Always thought Blanton could be better than his numbers but (without looking up numbers) his HRs are HRs anywhere. Great K/BB ratio and he can string together some great outings but man, he gives up some nasty XBH.
Hope it keeps the Angels out of the Grienke sweepstakes (doubt it), but waiting anxiously to see money on Blanton deal

I think it's solid for the Cubs. I've always really liked Nate as a complimentary player on a good team.
