    I have counter 4-6 holds that should have been for sure sacks in the last two weeks im talking ball is hiked, Von is passed his man and in the QBs face and gets held. I'm not counting the ones where he isn't close to the QB and gets held. Von should really have 19-20 sacks right now, maybe more because I have just started counting these last two weeks

    I've tried to explain this to Texan fans that claim Watt makes more of an impact, but getting through to some of them is like getting through to that Longhorn chap in the political forum. I'm not going to lie, I hope (and think) the Patriots destroy the Texans Monday night. I know it doesn't exactly help us unless the Niners beat the Pats, but I really want them to get knocked down a peg. Their fans more specifically.
    i dont want that at all... i want that bye, and i think if we get it we can take houston out in the playoffs.

    Von got fined 25K for the low hit on Freeman. It worries me that he keeps getting fined. He could actually do something bad and get suspended for having a history.

    Hard to argue against Miller for DPOY at this point, though there three games to go. Miller's at 16 sacks for the season, he's still got a chance for the record with 7 sacks in 3 games being not out of the realm of possibility.

    Does anyone know if both the offensive and defensive MVP's from the same team in the same year? Because a Manning-Miller pairing looks quite likely.

    The guy is insane. Its ridiculous how many holds he drew from the Oakland tackle on Thursday. I love seeing him tee off!!

    I was thinking:

    Manning = Comeback Player of the Year
    Manning = MVP of NFL
    Miller = DPOY

    I love Miller and think he is a DPOY but it could go to one of three guys now, he needs to keep beasting the rest of the year!!

    I'd say more Miller and Watt than Aldon really. I think both have very valid arguments. If someone wanted to argue Watt has the slightest of leads, I'd have little issue with that. However, this ignorance/lack of acknowledgment of what Miller does from some of these "Watt and it's not close" people is astonishing. That's where my issue lays.

    yeah unfortunately aldon smith has 18 sacks and only needs 4.5 to break the sack record.

    Right but he is also on a great great D. He gets a lot of help that I Miller doesn't. He also does not make the same impact Miller does. Nor is he nearly as important to his team as Miller.

    Justin Smith lines up next to him and requires a double team every snap. They have Bowman and Willis. We have a aged CB and a 5 foot three DE on the other side. No I would take their D any day. Only if I can take Miller with me.
