2011
Yesterday he missed some. Heīs great kicker and last season Crosby finally showed it. He may misses a few but he also tries many 50+ yarder.
And Crosby has a big leg. I think he can hit a 65 yard field goal. I hope MM letīs him try one at the end of a game or halftime.
\i would guess 2011 since that's closer to now
Pete Rose, here he comes!
He looked shaky last night but dont let that sway you too much. All I have heard out of TC is him drilling his FG's. The wind was low last night but it looked like his attempts had a weird rotation coming off his foot idk what that was about but hopefully they figure it out before regular season rolls around.
With the new seating up he needs to spend a few hours learning the winds and stuff now. I think that played a big factor even though there was no wind so its something hell have to get used too.
2012

You know, Brewer, taking his best season (one that was statistically WAAAAAAAY above his career) is misleading.
Mason Crosby has always been (and will always be) a kicker who hits about 80% of his kicks, but he has the leg to hit 55+ with ease. He gives you guys an opportunity to score from deep that, considering how good Aaron is, is important.
For your team, having someone like Mason Crosby is going to be better than having someone who's automatic from 45 and in but can't hit past 45.
This guy is all mental and his issues are mental. The reason he was so good was they got him confident and thinking less. He seems to be over thinking again. He has the ability to be the the best kicker in the league if his head doesn't prevent him from doing his job. It's hard to defend his performance considering we all know he is capable of easily making 95% of his misses. Some of them are just WTF moments. 2009 was not like this this is easily his worst season of his career.
But I will put to you the question I put to Norm in the game thread, there is no doubt it is all mental but, what do you do? they are already showing that they aren't gonna give up on him, if he is smart he would just ignore 90% of the stuff that is on social media, what more can they do with him? What does everyone pool together their dough to get this guy a psychiatrist, or do we bring in another guy or have masthay take the kicks to give this guy a break to figure things out? what do you do honestly when it comes to games like this we can't afford him going 1-3 we can't always be lucky like today.
I say we bring in a FA and just give the guy some competition and see what happens. We can't keep sitting around waiting for him to pull his head out of his ***.
