Going to be great. The people here in Chicago are pumped for this. I'm going tomorrow and can't wait. This is by far my favorite event of the year or every two years.

It should be a close one this year.

I think the US will edge it this year. They have a stronger team on paper which hasn't been the case for a while. The course has also been set up like a 'pitch and putt' to suit the yanks. Throw in the unsportsmanship crowd you will get, the US will win.

I get that the analysts need a story so they scrutinize Tiger, but he's obviously told Stricker to hop on his back and carried him throughout the Ryder Cup so far. Friday morning was Tiger's only bad showing after which he ran into a historic debut from Colsaerts (-9 under on his round [8 birdies, an eagle, and one bogey]) and some solid closing from Garcia and Donald. All that said, Tiger stormed back through the back nine twice and got the team putting to halve rounds.

That's not to discount some of his erratic shooting and speaking with a swing coach on day one, but he's had far from the failure people are constantly bringing up.
