Your sleep schedule is probably just really jacked up. You can't go to bed really late one night then try to get to bed early the next. Need consistency.
Pop a xanny drink a beer and snooze.
You need to get on a sleep schedule or something maybe take up going to the gym or something. Do you have a job or anything?

I'll try and be somewhat serious but I tend to have a hard time sleeping and staying asleep if I have much caffeine in the afternoon and beyond. Especially when I went from like 6 Dews a day to zero and then started drinking them again

Benadryl. They give them out on hospital psych ward because there are no side effects to worry about, and it puts nervous patients to sleep.
I used to have the same problem. Melatonin has helped...it is an over the counter supplement.
Masturbate. Whenever I can't sleep I jerk one out and sleep like a baby
More physical activity. Work out as much as you possibly can late in the afternoon. By 10 PM you'll be shot and fall asleep in a minute.
A nice tall glass of warm cow juice.
