yep. if only we could trade our high pick down for a bunch of picks like the rams did. im sure someone would want a top LT or top Pass rusher or a top DT

dont think so in this draft.. not a star at any of those positions. all solid guys who have the same level player throughout the top 15

No stars are those positions? How do you figure? There might not be crazy different value from pick 3-5 than 8-10 or so, but no way do I not see star potential in some players.

wont be wise.....as bad as our o line is, he wont last any longer than gabbert has and we know how prone he is to holding on to the ball

It's not that there aren't stars its just the talent drop off isn't as drastic in this yrs draft so teams won't be willing to give up as much to move up

Even if we could I wouldn't do it. Especially with this O-line. Plus I think he's a crappy QB.

I don't think he's a crappy qb, but i'd rather see what we have with Henne or get someone in the draft than pick him up.

No, just no on Vick. We'll be fine at QB if Henne can play well. Then we can develop Gabbert under him.

Adam Schefter also had this to say.
Q: What's your sense of the Jacksonville Jaguars' future plans at quarterback? Chad Henne has been solid in relief so far, but he can't be the long-term solution there. Are they ready to cut their losses and give up on Blaine Gabbert, or will they give him one more year to figure it out due to the weak QB draft class in 2013?

A: My sense, Kevin, is that they want to see Henne the rest of the season and give him the chance to win the starting job. But they are not at the point where they are ready to cut ties with Gabbert, not yet anyway. As much as some Jaguars fans would like to see that, Gabbert did make some progress this season and Jacksonville has to see if there's more there that it can tap into. My guess is both quarterbacks will be back there next season, but Jacksonville would have no problems going with Henne, especially if he performs well down the stretch here. Then, you always have to remember the name Tim Tebow. Somehow, somewhere, that speculation will come up this offseason.
