I am so confused...I feel bad for the guy because you get the impression he truly gave it his all.
After last season I am sure he was thrilled to hit the field and up his game to the next level, but similar to the rest of the team he struggled.

wow, dude bulked up in the offseason. Rex was talking him up all preseason that he was going to be a monster, sigh. I'm starting to get to the point where I can't take anything Rex says seriously...

Simply put, Maybin was kind of a fluke. He hit the quarterback many of times after they held onto the ball for over 5 seconds. He applied a lot of pressure simply from coverage sacks and his speed. Teams weren't expecting it at first, now they are fine. He isn't/wasn't getting the reps to get that opportunity this year and here you have it.
