Isiah Thomas vs Dwyane Wade - Higher on the all time list?

Who do you have higher on the all time list between Isiah Thomas and Dwyane Wade and why?

On the PSD list Wade was 26th and Isiah was 29th.

Both guys led franchises to title/s that had never won before. Both won finals mvp for franchises that never won before as well. Both were always considered superstars.

    Wade.

    Much better scorer and defender.
    Similar talent as a play-maker / creator.

    I frustratingly agree with this.

Over time, Zeke is going to become one of the most underrated players of all-time. His numbers won't blow people away. His shootings stats will leave you desiring more. And his off the court career with the CBA/Knicks/Sexual Harassment charges will diminish his legacy.

You want to research some history...Go look up Isiah Thomas in Game 3 of the 1988 NBA Finals.

There's something to be said about being a repeat champion. Hell, it could have potentially been a 3-peat for Detroit. They were up 3-2 against LA in the '88 Finals. Game 6 on an effed up ankle, dropped 45 @ LA.

    Isaiah for me.

So did Isiah. And so did every star player. It is a matter how you win though.

Wade. Zeke is significantly overrated. Wade is better on BOTH sides of the ball, and kinda of significantly so (especially offensively).

I don't care who had more help or stupid **** like that, Wade is just a better player.

I'd say PSD bias is worth about 10 spots, so if Wade only beat Zeke by 3 then Zeke is probably the better player.
    We're better than you

Well, that's a pretty stupid way to compare two players

I mean, PSD sucks, but you aren't helping out here

Zeke was easily one of the 5-10 greatest point guards in the NBA and a No. 1 player on back-to-back champions who regularly frustrated the greatest player in NBA history. That being said, Thomas was an extremely inefficient scorer and nowhere near as dangerous as Wade is/was in his prime. I'd put Wade in my top 30 and Thomas is probably 5-10 spots back.

PSD ranked him 29. He's certainly not underrated here.

Actually, 29 isn't bad. Probably pretty fair. You'll see him in people's top 20 lists (I've even seen him in top 15s), which is crazy talk.

So much respect for this post.

Real talk: Were you honestly going to post about the 88 Finals or did you see my post first?

Give me a break. How many players have made 12 straight All-Star teams? How many PGs have been capable of averaging 21.2ppg and 13.9apg?

He's definately underrated and will continue to get more and more underrated as years pass.
