Keyon Dooling is C's new Player Development Coordinator

    Link

Six weeks after his surprise retirement from the Celtics, Keyon Dooling accepted a role as a player development coordinator in the organization, he told reporters after the C's 100-94 victory against the Wizards.

"Wow first day on the job!" tweeted Dooling, who will likely have to relinquish his position as vice president of the National Basketball Players Association. "Such a different experience."

Averaging 4.0 points and 1.1 assists in 14.4 minutes over 46 games for the Celtics last season, Dooling earned a reputation as a positive locker room influence and mentor for young guards like Rajon Rondo and Avery Bradley. C's teammate Brandon Bass even dubbed him "the Rev. Keyon Dooling" during the playoffs

    Coordinating!...things!

It sounds like a phony title, I could be wrong. But he's probably eligible to travel with the team now
