    Rawkz / Haet - 11/12/12

D'Antoni announced as the Lakers HC over Phil

We've got the first mate at the helm in Sampson.

What are our expectations tonight against the defending champions tonight?

Do we leave satisfied if we can just keep it "close" and competitive, or do we go for the gusta! (obvious answer really... )

I hate when games are close, because it makes the loss that much harder to take, that we were so close to winning....lets just try to win hahaha

Im going to the game! Ahhhh. My favorite player vs my favorite team. I want the Rockets to win while a certain someone gets a triple double. Unfortunately, I feel neither will happen.

    Hopefully Harden plays well.

So do you rather see a blowout than a close loss?

    Naw. Lebron for me.lol.

But I've definitely grown to appreciate Battier more. He's a great complement to their team. He frustrated the heck out of me his last year here but our team wasn't that good.

He's a good complementary player though for sure.

Rockets 350 Heat 3 (Shane Battier hits a garbage time three and in response the Toyota Center explodes)

I don't expect Houston to win this game, but I want to see them keep it close and I'd like to see them look more organized offensively. Harden, especially, needs to player better tonight. It'll be a tough task against the Heat, but I'd like to see him score more efficiently and not turn the ball over five times tonight. I'd also like to see the Rockets do a good job defensively against the Heat. If they could hold Miami to 100 points, that would be a solid night.

So if Houston loses, but they keep it close, play well on both sides of the ball and Harden plays better, than I'll be thrilled with the result.

The shot-clock stops working, and the Rockets win 2-0. Patterson with a game-high 2 points.

Why can't we hit god damn wide open 3's.

Then Harden gets fouled but no call....

    I mean come on NBA.

We don't deserve calls when we play like this.
