Keep them both
Trade them both
Trade Dickey, I think he gets back more in return
Trade Niese, I think he gets back more in return
I would trade Dickey and keep Niese even though I think Niese can fetch a better return
I would trade Niese and keep Dickey even though I think we can get more talent by trading Dickey

This idea is not as far fetched as it may seem at first blush. The Indians have a 24 year old catcher waiting in the wings, Chun-Hsiu Chen, who hit .308 with a .394 OBP last year at AA. The problem is that Cleveland may not think he is ready to move up to the big club although he looks to be ready. The Indians also have a catcher who is 2 years behind Chen and is rated their #9 prospect. So they do have some depth at this "hard to develop" position.
I hate the idea of trading Niese. I had originally suggested trading Dickey for Shin-Soo Choo and Chun Chen, but Chen is still a prospect while Santana is much more of a sure thing. If Sandy could sweeten the pot with a couple of prospects to get Choo and Santana, it would be a master stroke. He did it with Wheeler. Maybe he can work some magic here too.

Niese for Ellsbury
You do realize that Hill is no longer with Toronto, right?
Stick with Arencibia, Marisnick and Nicolino (or Sean Nolin, since I can't see them giving up their current starting catcher, their #2 prospect and their #5 prospect.) Naturally, I'd prefer D'Arnaud to Arencibia, but I don't think the Jays will part with him.

I think we should trade dickey for prospects specifically outfield and catcher.
