This really translate bulls offense.

The shots at the rim and shots at 3-9 feet, is reasonable with the absence of D.Rose. Without him, Bulls guards pass it out to the perimeter(since the bulls are lacking long range bombers) that boost bulls 10-23 feet shots.

Credit for Thibodeau for good coaching. These are the shots the bulls want as Deng, Hamilton and Boozer, provide scoring from the perimeter. Noah now is also displaying some perimeter game.

But would 16-23 feet enough to take down the zone? Thibs might try to incorporate Vlad Rad in the rotation now for some spacing.

Pace would explain total number of rebounds, but the percentage of rebounds that we grab wouldn't be affected by pace seeing as any rate takes into account the pace and puts it on an even playing field resulting in the 'rate' that it's describing.

Just look at last season. The Bulls were an even slower-paced team, they were 28th in the league yet they were 1st in total rebounding rate.

as zedrix pointed out, those numbers were outdated. The Bulls are pretty much just as good as they were rebounding-wise last season in retrospect to the rest of the league.

Boozer's rebounding has also been better this year. Wish Noah's rebounding rate would be as high as his turnover rate, and his turnover rate as low as his rebounding rate i'm sure they'll trend that way later on in the year

Since Thibs became the Bulls head coach in 2010, he has been preaching about a low-turnover-rebounding team. And look at the bulls now...

Here's a fun fact: Battier, Brewer, World Peace, Green and Novak each have made more corner 3s than the entire Bulls team this season. The odd thing is that it's almost impossible to get off a corner 3 against the Bulls' defense, so they presumably understand how devastating the shot can be. Alas, this is what happens when you gift-wrap Kyle Korver to the Hawks.
