    Line of the night: Nov.8th

Not a very busy night. The Bulls fell to OKC, and the Clippers beat the Trailblazers despite the Blazers almost coming back from a 25-point deficite.

Who you got for line of the night? I think it's a close one. DJ shot 8-10 from the field for 21 points, but Durant had a great defensive effort and posted 3 steals and 3 blocks, while Ibaka outrebounded Durant and threw in four blocks, and Crawford of course is continuing his campaign for 6th man of the year. I think I'll go with Batum though, he had a great all-around game.

Why did the chicken cross the basketball court?
Because he heard the refs were blowing fowls.

99% putbacks. He can barely dribble the ball.

If I have a guy who can score 21 points on 99% putbacks I don't EVER want that guy dribbling the basketball. A player like that almost guarantee's you're staying in every game. Those are at least 8 possessions that were not only kept alive but resulted in an eventual basket. Think before you speak. This is a stat line thread has nothing to do with a Centre's ability to dribble the basketball.

I agree whole heartedly. I didn't pic DJ, but he certainly has a case.

Just because a person votes for one guy over another, doesn't mean they discredit the stats of the other guy, they just put more value in certain things. Durant owned last night on defence, and he was among the top scorers as well, so even though he didn't get a lot of rebouns or assists, he was great on both ends of the floor. DJ shot at a very high percentage and played less than 30 minutes... he had a great game. And Batum was just dropping numbers into every statistical catagory, while Crawford was the second highest scorer last night despite coming off the bench. There is a case for all of these guys.

Defenses focus more on durant than any other player listed here, and still managed to go 11-19.

Other players stat lines don't jump out on me, therefore, durant. His stat line is overall the better choice IMO.
